I bought my new bathroom from Chepstow branch and was served by Nicola Nixon. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, gave loads of advice, provided CAD drawings which were a godsend, and always went the extra mile dropping off samples etc. I highly recommend.

Just a quick message to say thanks for the great service in relation to the supply of our bathroom fixtures and fittings.
Really appreciate you moving the delivery forward by a month at very short notice and the extra effort you put in to locate and supply some items that were not immediately available, also for helping our plumber with some technical information whilst the 'difficult to source' bits turned up..
New bathroom looks great.

Visited the Straiton showroom outside Edinburgh and couldn’t have asked for a better service from Emma Thompson. She has an excellent knowledge and understanding on all of her product range.

I brought a shower curtain ring it was 8 weeks late. We emailed rang to get no answer.

Now it’s come and damaged. I’m so mad the customer service is so shocking.

I’m waiting on to see what the company do for me.

The Dorchester showroom manager, Sue, played an essential part in the re-fit of the bathroom in my flat, at very short notice. The bathroom is tiny which really tested Sue's skills as a designer, working to a brief, but she delivered outstandingly on design, budget and time. I really could not have tackled this project without her, and she was prompt, enthusiastic and professional throughout. Thank you Sue!

Really pleased with the service and products we received from the bathroom store. We worked with Rich at the Liverpool store, he came out to measure the bathroom and provided cad images for design ideas, this is not something many bathroom stores offer and it was invaluable.
Rich couldn't have been more helpful and paitent in helping us pick the right products that met our quite specific ideas. He is thorough and passionate about his job and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
Everything fits perfectly into the space and the products are all of high quality and were reasonable prices.
We couldn't be more pleased.

I needed an installation manual for a wall unit I had purchased. The Bathroom Showroom sent me a copy very quickly. Great service.

We ordered a complete shower room from the Trentham Bathroom Showroom. We had difficulty finding a tradesman to fit it but at all times the showroom was extremely patient with us.
When we eventually managed to find a fitter, any issues that we had with the hardware were handled amicably and efficiently. We would make special mention of Jasmine who helped in the design, planning and ordering, always encouraging us when we felt we might lose our dream shower room because of the absence of a fitter. Jasmine is an extremely pleasant young lady who manages to make her customers feel that they are very important.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Jasmine in particular.

Great experience with Marie, from the initial discussions, to the selection ideas and the aftersale customer service.

Eden was excellent. She took interest in our plans for the bathrooms and offered comprehensive advice based upon her experience.

She also did not give up searching for specific individual pieces of sanitaryware.
